- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Thought to get a mocha this time, went past drive through, specifically asked for extra shot and extra hot, still comes out less than 50deg hot the little Asian guy says it's hot, I said no it's not hot still he says it's extra hot, seriously this guy was literally on my nerves, then the good manager tells him change it, he was so adement about it and tells me to he will hear it up is some microwave, wondering is this the standards!!!
